Gusha

Terms of use

Draft for legal review. This document hasn't been finalised yet.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use Gusha, which is run by Solution Vault Limited. By creating an account you agree to them. Gusha is in an early test (beta) version, so features may change.

What Gusha is, and isn't

  • Gusha organises and explains the financial information you enter, to help you plan.
  • Gusha isn't regulated financial advice. It doesn't recommend specific financial products, investments or providers.
  • Gusha never moves money, makes payments, lends, exchanges currency or connects to your bank.
  • Figures are calculated from what you enter and from exchange rates Gusha sets centrally, which are for guidance only and may differ from the rate you'd actually get.

Before making important financial decisions, consider getting free guidance from MoneyHelper, or advice from a regulated adviser.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your sign-in details safe, and don't share your account.
  • Only enter information about yourself (or that you have the right to share).
  • Don't misuse Gusha, for example by trying to access other people's data or disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Gusha available, but during the beta it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We'll tell you about important changes to these terms.

Our responsibility to you

[Limitation of liability wording to be drafted by a lawyer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.]

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account, which permanently deletes your information. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
